RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - UPDATE SEPT. 14 The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles says an issue with TSA scanners is being resolved.

The new design of Nevada driver’s licenses made it difficult for TSA scanners to read the bar code, creating delays at airport security checkpoints.

The TSA now reports that its scanners in most of the country have been updated, and the scanners in the Eastern time zone are being updated this week.
